Shopify merchant experience shaped every app
Before BetterApps, we spent years building Shopify stores for clients and running stores ourselves. Along the way, we kept hitting the same wall: finding apps that actually did what we needed without adding unnecessary complexity, limitations, or friction. Too often, the right solution simply didn’t exist.
So we decided to build our own. In 2025, we launched BA Popup Upsell, followed by BA Post Purchase Upsell in 2026. Both were built around the same idea: powerful upselling tools should be simple to set up, easy to use, and focused on one thing: helping Shopify merchants make more from every order.
We’re still a small, focused team based in Lithuania. We’d rather build a few great apps than a long list of average ones. Every feature we add comes from real merchant needs, our own experience building Shopify stores, and a constant focus on what actually helps stores sell more.
What we believe
Every decision we make starts with one question: does this make life better for Shopify merchants? If not, we don't build it.
The best tool is the one merchants actually use. We reduce unnecessary steps from installation through the first live offer.
We measure success in revenue generated for our customers, not features shipped. Outcomes matter more than outputs.
